I heard that telling a programmer there are already to-do list applications is like telling a musician there are already love songs. Task Fiend is my love song to the never-ending effort to bring order to existential chaos.

There are quite a few very good task-management programs on the internet, many free as in freedom. None of them are perfect, including this one. This one is, however, quite to my liking.

I liked Todoist, but I didn’t like the way it did shared tasks. I wanted to share tasks with the other members of my household. I made this software with a maximum of three users in mind. It would probably scale to more than that, but I haven’t tried.
